Last night we played the final show of our tour at the ‘Silicon Valley for Obama’ election night celebration. Approximately 1,500 volunteers attended this event held in the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. These volunteers, like so many that we met all across the western swing states, are the ones who did the [...]

Every city presents its own unique challenge. In Reno, the cops told us that the video projection was illegal even after we turned the sound system off, which is complete BS but it led us to invent tagging (thanks Kai)! And most everywhere else, it is hard to find people out at night downtown simply [...]

We left Albuquerque late on Wednesday, so we didn’t make it in time for our Scottsdale show and decided to just tag the Arizona state capitol building instead. We did a drive by and couldn’t find a clear line of sight through the trees to the front of the building, and the tall executive tower [...]

However, we are unaware of any laws that restrict the projection of light onto building surfaces. Its no [...]

Carson City is the state capitol with a small town vibe about 40 minutes south of Reno. We thought we’d head out and see what they had to offer for the night last night. The “TAGS” you see from last night came after we [...]

We invented ‘video tagging’ last night – no audio, just an 80 foot high ephemeral image appearing on the side of a building. After a few minutes we hear people reacting – exclaiming in surprise, hooting and shouting. And then silently it disappears. We shot this image up on the Silver Legacy dome and the [...]

So we set up in our scouted spot, tons of people check us out, we handed out flyers to help rally volunteers and we made some cool connections with the local Deputy Field Organizers. Lindsey and Jessica are on the road for Obama too, its amazing how many people there are volunteering here for the [...]
